- The app and software are provided by BookDesign LLC.
- Audiobooks and recordings are sourced from LibriVox and other public domain or freely available sources.
- We are not affiliated with the LibriVox project.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any recordings.
3. Accounts
You can use much of the service without an account. Some features may require one.
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some features may require payment, such as removing ads.
- Payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on your device.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your app store account.
- Pricing and features may change over time.
We do not process payments directly and do not control app store billing policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in a way that breaks the law
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
