Cloak and Dagger

The Black Radio

English · Espionage, War & Military Fiction, Dramatic Readings

Cloak and Dagger brings the world of wartime espionage to radio, drawing on the dangerous work of the Office of Strategic Services, the U.S. intelligence organization that operated behind enemy lines during World War II. Its stories follow agents and resistance fighters through missions where secrecy, quick judgment, and trust can mean the difference between success and capture.

The program presents suspenseful dramatic adventures shaped by covert operations, sabotage, coded messages, and the shifting loyalties of occupied Europe. Rather than a single continuing hero’s story, the series offers a window into the risks and moral pressures of intelligence work, with each mission placing its characters in unfamiliar and often perilous circumstances.

With its shadowy settings and urgent stakes, Cloak and Dagger blends espionage intrigue with the immediacy of radio drama. The result is a tense, atmospheric listen for anyone drawn to wartime adventure and stories of people working unseen against formidable odds.
