The Clyde Beatty Show

Jungle Medico

English · Radio

The Clyde Beatty Show brings the excitement of the circus and the animal kingdom to radio, with famed animal trainer Clyde Beatty at its center. Beatty was known for entering a cage with big cats, and the program draws on that public image to frame its adventures in a world of wild animals and daring encounters.

The series blends dramatic storytelling with the atmosphere of a traveling circus and the dangers of working with powerful animals. Its stories offer a mix of action, suspense, and human drama, set against the colorful backdrop of circus life. The title “Jungle Medico” suggests a jungle-themed adventure in this installment.

Listeners can expect an old-fashioned adventure program built around vivid narration and dramatic radio performance, with the tension and spectacle of Beatty’s famous animal act translated into sound. The result is a lively blend of circus excitement and exotic adventure.
