A Child Is Crying

English · Radio

Mindwebs presents science fiction and fantasy in an intimate radio format, with stories brought to life through narration, dialogue, music, and sound effects. Rather than relying on a large cast, the program centers on the spoken story, drawing listeners into imagined worlds and unusual situations.

The series features adaptations of short fiction by a range of writers. Its episodes explore ideas and experiences that can be strange, unsettling, or thought-provoking, using the possibilities of radio to make each story vivid through voice and atmosphere.

With its focused storytelling and restrained production, Mindwebs offers a reflective alternative to action-heavy science fiction. “A Child Is Crying” is the story title associated with this recording.

This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
