Leído por Elmer Davis
Elmer Davis and the News presents a news broadcast led by journalist and commentator Elmer Davis. In this recording, the title points to a report on the Western Front, described as quiet, offering a snapshot of wartime news as it was presented to radio listeners.
Davis’s clear, measured delivery gives the program the character of a direct news briefing rather than a dramatized story. The focus is on current events and their concise presentation, making this a compact listen for those interested in the language and perspective of contemporary radio news.
