2000 Plus
A Veteran Comes Home
von
2000 Plus is a science-fiction radio anthology that imagines life in the future through standalone dramatic stories. Its episodes use the possibilities of space travel, advanced technology, and unfamiliar worlds to explore human choices and the consequences of progress.
The program presents its stories as radio drama, using performers, dialogue, and sound effects to create settings and action through audio. Each installment offers a different situation rather than following one continuing cast of characters, making the series a varied introduction to mid-century radio science fiction.
With its blend of speculative ideas and human-scale storytelling, 2000 Plus offers an atmospheric listening experience for fans of classic science fiction and dramatic radio. This recording is titled “A Veteran Comes Home.”
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
