The Cisco Kid follows the adventures of Cisco, a clever and resourceful Western hero, and his loyal companion Pancho. Together they ride through the American West, encountering trouble, helping people in need, and facing the dangers of frontier life.
The radio series brings its stories to life as a dramatic Western adventure, with dialogue, sound effects, and music creating the atmosphere of the trail. Episodes draw on familiar Western situations—conflict, pursuit, and encounters with people whose fortunes cross the heroes’ path—while keeping the focus on Cisco and Pancho’s partnership.
Warm-hearted and action-minded, the program balances suspense with humor, especially through the contrast between Cisco’s confident ingenuity and Pancho’s distinctive personality. It offers an inviting blend of frontier adventure and companionship.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
