Friday Night Is Music Night is a long-running live BBC radio concert programme featuring the BBC Concert Orchestra. It has been broadcast on the BBC Light Programme and its successor BBC Radio 2 since 1953, making it the world's longest-running live orchestral music radio programme.

This particular episode was recorded at the Assembly Hall in Worthing on July 25, 1969. The concert features the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Sidney Torch, with Valerie Masterson and John Mitchinson as the star singers. The Friday Knights, directed by John McCarthy and William Davies, provide piano accompaniment.
