Love it!

I have been listening to a number of these WWII collections and this one is fun. In answer to the previous question, NO. He said "news analyst" and it didn't at all sound like "nude" to me. I have my own question though. In 35 1939-09-03 1115 BBC Britain Declares War On Germany - 1939-09-03 1115 BBC - 12:37, who is the radio announcer at the end? He never gave his name. History books are all well and good, but hearing it live as it happens is an entirely different story. Also, journalism was much more respectable than it is today. Now it's just mud slinging and opinions, of which I could care less what THEY think. I just want the facts, thank you. No supposition. I think schools should include these recordings as required listening. Homeschoolers, as well. Many thanks to those who have taken the time to upload these historical gems.

Kaltenbourn naturalist?

Listen carefully to the introduction of # 59 . Did he really say that the great hv was a distinguished nude analyst? Well there was a war on.... and in spite of magnolia's opinion I still insist it is true.

So? Mrs Roosevelt arranged the Lincoln Memorial. An event, at once sad and glory filled. She provided' as the speaker pointed out "Proof Genius knows no color lines." I believe but am not sure, that there were more songs.
