Reviews
Spiritually rich

Do you struggle with accepting life’s disappointments? Are you discontent? Are you wise in your own eyes? Are you worried over finances? In all these areas and more, this book will help you to trust God and His word. I loved the character of each of the sisters and their interactions with each other. I loved them finding the truth of God’s Word in their lives. I loved the voices of the readers. Especially the oldest and youngest sisters.
I love love loved this book!

I really really loved this book! Okay I’ll admit, one person’s mic/recording was a bit bad at times though not always (I can only main think of one or two times) but their voice acting along with everyone else’s were amazing!!! It was so gentle, real, inspiring and lovely to listen to so thank you all! And I know one or two people have left a review about its too religious or something but for those who want their faith as on fire and more so as personal as those girls (and dear Hugh!) then it’s perfecto and amazing!! Thank you! I love dramatic readings.

To be honest I didn't really like this story, the was not much point to it. The recordings were clear and nice but the volume fluctuated between cast members which made listening through headphones painful at times. Despite my opinions, it was a nice way gentile story with not too many worries or moments fraught with emotion. If you want to just listen to something without getting emotionally a story this book is great

Beautiful and encouraging at the same time as being full of mystery and plot twists. The mystery of the carved cupboard keeps surfacing and affects many lives among a cast of colorful and clearly drawn characters living through a season of crisis and change and growth.

good story and uplifting words of God when we try to control things. The recording is not all that great as some voices are not as clear as others, the volume fluctuates so much between characters, and sometime there was a tinny hollow sound.

This is a very enjoyable story. It shows how God works in our life through distresses, through good works, and through the blessings of his word.
Cosy and Enjoyable

I found this a very enjoyable story. Cosy and wholesome yet far from boring characters, a small mystery, and a happy ending.

good story, well read just that voices do not always match the characters
