Reviews
A LibriVox Listener
Kara's reading of this book was fantastic. I hope she tries other Dickens, as I often find him long winded and hard to concentrate on, but the reading of this book was a true masterclass. Kara made the book easy to follow and allowed me to enjoy what Dickens does best, weave a good storyline.
2nd time round...& a Merry Christmas, Everyone!

A timeless classic by an even greater author. Read by a heartfelt & emotive reader (that would be you Miss Shallenberg!) making this small little corner of the world wide web almost worth having. Please, don't stop Kayray. :-)
Great narrator!

I've read and listened to A Christmas Carol many times. This was my first time listening to it on Librivox. In fact, this was my first time listening to any Librivox recording. The narrator is wonderful. I plan to look up other works narrated by her, if any are available.
Loved it

I LOVE Kara Shallenberg so maybe I'm a bit biased but this is my favorite recording of this book. Thank you!
