Subzeroimpact

One reader was a little stiff, kinda like listening to a news reporter from the 90's. Other than that, great readers, thank ypu to the volunteers, and loce the story. Jack London has such a perfect way of depicted a wolf's POV. And this story of innumerous obstacles being overcome to such a happy ending is a fantastic American tale. Love Jack London's work.

That Julian guy needs to stop his narration s. constantly smacking his lips like he was sucking on something the while time. hard p 's and s' s every other word. enough man you're ruining the book.

This is my first audio book. the bad - there were a few times where I had to raise the volume of my volume all the same up because you could hardly hear. (only complaint) the good - for the most part the readers did an excellent job at being clear and a good pace. the book itself truly grabbed my attention and made me think back once upon a time when I had dogs how much I loved them. can't help but think and wonder what they thought about how I would treat them.

Three things about this remarkable book: 1. London is famed for "The Call Of The Wild" but this work is vastly superior. 2. Compare London with Curwood in their vivid descriptions of the brutal life in the frozen north. Very similar and realistic. 3. Poe never wrote anything more brooding and frightening than the first 3 chapters of this book. And, Vincent Price could not have read it more convincingly.

This book is interesting but I got wouldn't want kids to listen to it. Yeah this book is good and well written but it's sad because of how the dogs die. I love this book. if I wrote this book I would have made a slight change and I would have made it happier and I would not have caused all the dogs to die.
