Yrs later, proves I wasn't enchanted just because

I had been a child. But though my memory was hazy, I just remembered it was the only series watched without fail every weekend, there was a very romantic, butterflies in stomach, wholesome, correct &complete feeling about it.. I must admit as fantastic as it is, the fairytale effect is helped along by the wonderful readers, especially when you are consistent with the volunteers from one book to the next.. xx On to the next one.. xxx

Anne continues to bring joy to others

Nice little continuing story of Anne Shirley at Green Gables. I really like these tales of her life, and the people that surround her. The addition of little David made this story very enjoyable and many new people in her life keep it exciting. Thanks to all the readers and Librivox for a great job and novel. Lend a ear for a great enjoyable tale.

Awesome!

Brilliant the way so many good readers were brought together for the different parts. Good to have read or heard ANNE OF GREEN GABLES to understand her character … this story of cultural change and the relationship between and among friends….the coming of age…this book more for women than men…i enjoyed being reminded of the old culture and the adjustment to different times
