Another fine history book for children! Published in 1917, Marshall’s book of stories from the history of the United States begins with accounts of exploration and settlement, and ends with the presidency of Woodrow Wilson.

This is Part 5: Stories of the French in America, from chapter 45 (How the Mississippi was Discovered) to chapter 50 (The Rebellion of Pontiac). Read along and view the original illustrations at http://mainlesson.com/ .

Kara shalamburg is such a good narrator I have been reading a lot of her audio books and reading along with the book it is great history I would rate it 10000000000000000 stars!πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ“—πŸ“˜πŸ“™πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈI have to read the book for school but I still love it you must read it but one thing I hate is the wars some times I just want wars to just be like nothing I would just want to say "How about lets split the Country! And have no wars!"but it's already done its history its not like you can go back in time and change everything! but it is still a good book cause if some one asks you "When was the end of the French rule in America? " and you would say "After the death of Wolfe. "so that's why you learn history its very helpful. Great job kara shalamburg I love it.
