Mindwebs

Mindwebs presents science fiction and fantasy in a distinctive radio format, with stories brought to life through narration, sound effects, and music. The series is associated with host and producer Michael Hanson, whose measured delivery guides listeners through imagined worlds and unsettling possibilities.
Rather than relying on a conventional cast of characters, the program centers on the written story and its unfolding atmosphere. Each broadcast adapts a work of speculative fiction for listening, using voice and carefully shaped audio to suggest settings, ideas, and events beyond ordinary experience.
The result is an intimate, reflective kind of science-fiction radio: less a bustling adventure serial than a story shared directly with the listener. Its combination of literary storytelling and evocative sound makes Mindwebs well suited to listeners who enjoy thoughtful tales of the strange and the possible.
