Elmer Davis and the News
Tonight or Tomorrow Morning
by
Elmer Davis and the News presents a news broadcast led by journalist and commentator Elmer Davis. The program offers a direct, spoken account of current events, with Davis bringing the perspective of an experienced reporter to the day’s headlines.
Rather than a fictional radio drama, this is a news program centered on reporting and commentary. Its appeal lies in hearing events explained in the broadcast style of the period, with Davis’s clear delivery guiding listeners through the subjects covered.
