Murder on the Midway
by
Rocky Fortune follows a resourceful New York City private investigator who takes on temporary jobs that lead him into unexpected mysteries. Frank Sinatra stars as Rocky, bringing the character a relaxed confidence and a quick, conversational wit.
Each radio adventure places Rocky in a new line of work and a fresh predicament, where ordinary assignments can turn into investigations involving danger, deception, or murder. The stories combine detective plotting with the changing settings and characters Rocky encounters from job to job.
