Adventures of Frank Merriwell
Championship Game
par
Frank Merriwell is the young hero of a long-running adventure series, known for his athletic skill, courage, and strong sense of fair play. In this radio program, his adventures bring sports and youthful competition into the world of dramatic storytelling.
“Championship Game” points to a contest at the heart of this installment. Listeners can expect a sports-centered adventure shaped by the pressure of competition and the choices Merriwell faces, presented as a radio drama rather than a live sporting event.
The series combines action and suspense with an idealistic portrait of its hero. Its appeal lies in following Merriwell as he meets challenges on and off the field, where determination and character matter as much as winning.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
