The Cisco Kid

The Red Demon

English · Western, Radio, Action & Adventure

The Cisco Kid follows the adventures of Cisco, a Mexican caballero, and his loyal companion Pancho as they ride through the American West. Together, the quick-witted pair encounter trouble on the trail and in frontier towns, where Cisco’s charm and Pancho’s earthy humor help them face danger and injustice.

The radio series presents Western adventures through dialogue, sound effects, and music, bringing horseback journeys, tense confrontations, and lively exchanges to the listener. Cisco and Pancho’s partnership is at the heart of the show: Cisco is suave and resourceful, while Pancho is a warm, comic foil whose distinctive speech adds a playful counterpoint to the action.

Balancing suspense with humor, the program offers an easygoing take on the Western adventure. Its appeal lies in the contrast between the heroes’ contrasting personalities and the colorful frontier situations they meet along the way.
