Straight Arrow
Scourge
by
Straight Arrow is a Western adventure radio series centered on Steve Adams, a rancher who secretly lives as Straight Arrow, a masked hero defending justice on the frontier. His double identity lets him move between the everyday world of the ranch and the dangers faced by settlers and travelers.
The program brings listeners into a world of horseback pursuits, tense confrontations, and conflicts where courage and quick thinking matter. Straight Arrow’s adventures draw on familiar Western themes of lawlessness, loyalty, and protecting people in need, with the action carried by dramatic dialogue and sound effects that evoke the open range.
Its tone is earnest and adventurous, balancing the excitement of a masked-hero story with the recognizable setting of a Western. The episode title, “Scourge,” points to a particular installment in the series’ frontier adventures.
