The Scarlet Queen
Report of the White Jade Buddha
por
The Scarlet Queen follows Captain Jim Braddock and his crew aboard the schooner Scarlet Queen as they sail the South Seas in search of adventure. Braddock is a capable, resourceful captain, and the people he encounters—from island communities to fellow travelers—bring new challenges and mysteries to each voyage.
Each installment is a self-contained radio adventure, combining seafaring action with suspense, exotic settings, and the dangers of life far from shore. The crew’s travels lead them into unfamiliar situations where quick thinking and courage matter as much as seamanship.
The series offers the atmosphere of a classic adventure serial: a steady sense of movement, dramatic encounters, and the promise of another distant port beyond the horizon. This episode is titled “Report of the White Jade Buddha.”
