Tom Mix Ralston Straight Shooters
Twisted Trail
by
Tom Mix and his Ralston Straight Shooters bring the spirit of the American West to radio in adventures centered on the famous cowboy and his companions. The stories draw on the familiar world of ranches, trails, and frontier communities, where courage and quick thinking help meet danger and injustice.
Presented as a dramatic radio adventure, the program uses dialogue, sound effects, and music to create its Western setting. Episodes follow the Straight Shooters through conflicts and challenges, with action shaped for listening rather than visual spectacle.
The series offers a straightforward, family-friendly take on cowboy heroics, balancing suspense with an upbeat sense of right and wrong. Its appeal lies in the lively Western atmosphere and the chance to follow Tom Mix and his companions as they face the uncertainties of life on the trail.
