Music by Kostelanetz presents orchestral music under the direction of Andre Kostelanetz, a conductor known for bringing classical and popular selections to radio audiences. The program offers a polished musical performance rather than a spoken narrative, with the orchestra at its center.
This recording is identified with soprano Nadine Conner, whose voice adds a vocal dimension to the broadcast. Listeners can expect a concert-style radio experience shaped by orchestral playing and featured singing, with the music carrying the program from one selection to the next.
The appeal lies in the blend of refined orchestral sound and accessible radio presentation. Kostelanetz’s performances made a wide range of music inviting to home listeners, while Conner’s presence gives this broadcast a distinctive vocal focus.
This recording is part of the Old Time Radio collection.
