Screen Guild Theater - 364 episodes of the classic Old Time Radio show


This collection features 364 episodes of the classic Old Time Radio show Screen Guild Theater, which was sponsored by Gulf Oil, Lady Esther Cosmetics, and Camel Cigarettes over the years. The show began as a variety program and quickly evolved into a platform for adapting popular motion pictures of the time, airing over 530 episodes during its 14-year run from 1939 to 1952. The final season was known as Stars in the Air.

A unique aspect of the show was that the fees typically paid to actors were donated to the Motion Picture Relief Fund, providing support for industry members in need. While the dates, episode numbers, and titles are believed to be accurate based on available sources, corrections are welcome.
