Doctor Who audio is just as engaging — the original episodes were very well written and make a wonderful audio experience. Many thanks for taking the time to find and upload each episode!

Dr Who audio tapes

What I've done here is upload recordings sourced from reel-to-reel tapes recorded off air by tv viewers who taped the missing episodes of the tv show. I've actually uploaded the soundtrack for every missing Hartnell episode for which there is no surviving film or video recording. I can't upload any more missing episodes, because there aren't any more! There are no other missing episodes: if you want to watch the episodes which do exist on film, there are various internet sites where you can, happily. Personally, I'd be a lot happier if there were a lot fewer lost episodes. And, obviously, no one is putting any effort into re-creating tv episodes which have not gone missing.

These are all an incredible way to view them, but where it says The 50 year period of broadcast copyright under the UK's Copyright Acts 1956 and 1988 has expired for all items included in this collection: Does that mean all recordings in the collections are public domain, and are free to use

Great collection 😃
