This is a very clever cookbook. The first part of it clearly explains the process of making the pie crusts, one plain type, one an unbaked Graham cracker crust. And those are the only crusts involved in the whole book. The authors also make use of pudding mixes, make whipped topping from the condensed milk, and explain the best way to spread meringue so it doesn't shrink. There's plenty of variety, including many that don't have to be baked. Gotta keep the oven off in the summer...
