Emergency can take any form. Here is a story in which the mechanical foundation of our culture is threatened... well worth listening to
Suzie
Great job by LibriVox readers. It took time for me to get interested, but after about four chapters I was hooked. After what we’ve learned since 2016 about fear, hatred, ignorance, superstition, and stupidity among humans, the events in this book don’t seem so far fetched.
