I thought the story was well written and performed. The characters had depth and meaningful lives. I would like to have had a better explanation of why she was the prophecy and why she was such a danger to the vampire race. also why she seemed average to humans and ...


I agree with Sherri, there are lots of questions brought up in the story that don't get answered. Sherri mentioned the major area that need to be clarified. I get the feeling that this is the beginning of a series and ultimately could probably do with a prequel centered around ...


It is a good story. It moves slowly but deliberately, and even though the ending was predictable, I enjoyed listening to the story unwind. There are an awful lot of subplots running through this "short" story. Whether these become important parts of future stories (or not) - only time will ...


*Small spoiler* Vampire: undead human that drinks blood, has fangs, does not age, and cannot tolerate the light of the sun for any notable length of time. These are my minimum requirements for a vampire. If vampires simply shimmer when exposed to sunlight, that completely ruins the story for me.


I really liked the the story I hope its not the end, it a slow start but she really makes up for it after chapter 4, keep up the great writing, and I'll keep listens, Thanks


LOL!!! "Warning. This chapter contains violent behavior. Listener discretion advised. ... What? This is a vampire book. You had to expect it." That just caught me off guard and I found it really amusing. Thanks for sharing this book!
