The Vegetarian Cook Book
E. G. Fulton
Read by VfkaBT
Cookbook from the era of John Kellogg, whose vegetarian meat substitutes Protose and Nuttolene are featured heavily in this volume. Production of this item was available as recently as the mid 2000's via Scandinavia, but any current substitutions could probably suffice if you want to try the recipes. ( Matt Pierard) (4 hr 51 min)

I have attempted to listen to several of this reader’s recordings, but the audio quality makes it almost unbearable to complete a single chapter. My comment isn’t meant to be mean-spirited towards the reader, it’s just that the quality of the audio is horrible!! Please check out your recording device or software settings and possibly re-record a couple of your books. I do want to thank him for his time and effort in making these recordings for our listening pleasure and wish him better luck with his future endeavors.
