Outwitting Our Nerves

A Primer of Psychotherapy

1.9

This book shall give information to practitioners and others on the subject of nervous disorders, and especially knowledge of the significant contributions of Sigmund Freud. A need for a simple, comprehensive presentation of the Freudian principles is met in this primer of psychotherapy, providing enough of biological and psychological background to make them intelligible, and enough application and illustration to make them useful to the general practitioner or the average layman. - Excerpted from summary by JFSmoyer

Too much is irrelevant

It’s a funny listen considering the confidence of the authors and their bold statements. The readers were incredible, and could be more useful reading books that are intentionally entertaining. The only thing relevant is that our attitudes towards certain things in life can cause nervousness that can exhaust us. But the nutritional advice is too dangerous, and can add to what maybe ailing us.
