Thuvia, Maid of Mars (version 2)
Gelesen von Thomas A. Copeland
Edgar Rice Burroughs
John Carter's son, Carthoris, falls in love with his father's true friend, Thuvia of Ptarth, but she has been promised to another and is kidnapped by a third! Carthoris, suspected of the crime, spends the entire novel in efforts to rescue her and restore her to her fiancé. The adventures introduce to us a philosophical system or fringe science that challenges our conception of the nature of reality itself. (Summary by Thomas Copeland) (5 hr 16 min)

Thomas Copeland has impressed me as few others with the quality of his readings of the Warlord of Mars series! I strongly recommend that you listen to the series as read by Mr. Copeland!

I'm still enjoying the series (although the parallels and/or repetition from one to the next is evident it is done creatively). Copeland is great to listen to and I'm looking forward to "Chessmen"
Carter + Copeland = 👍🏻❤️👍🏻❤️
