Arts and Crafts Essays (Version 2)

Gelesen von LibriVox Volunteers

The Arts and Crafts Exhibition Society was active from the late 1880s until the outbreak of WWI. It was influential in the development of the British Arts and Crafts movement in promoting decorative arts alongside fine arts. This collection of essays covers a wide range of topics, from furniture making to embroidery; from bookbinding to stone and wood carving. The essays were written by well-known artists in their field. William Morris edited. - Summary by LynneT (7 hr 0 min)
