You may be familiar with the Thich Nhat Hanh quote: Breathing in, I know I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know I am breathing out. But the Buddhist teachings mention a variety of objects of meditation. Join us tonight and get your questions answered: What are objects of meditation? What is the purpose and what are the benefits of an object of meditation? How do I choose an appropriate object of meditation? There will be opportunities to practice and time for questions.
