Ven. Dhammasunita Thero is a young monk from Mitirigala Nissaranavanaya Forest Monastery. A few years ago Most Ven. U. Dhammajiva Maha Thero, the Abbot of the Nissaranavanaya Forest Monastery initiated a program to develop a set of promising young monks to uphold and pass on the teachings of the Lord Buddha. Ven. Dhammasunita is one such young monk from the monastery.
