The Immortal Sherlock Holmes
Re-Imagined Radio
The May 2021 episode of Re-Imagined Radio . We gave an appropriate tip of the deerstalker hat to the man who never lived, but whose enduring legend will never die, Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock Holmes, the most famous of all fictional detectives, uses his amazing powers of deduction to solve mysteries, murders, and other crimes. For this episode we adapted William Gillette's stage play Sherlock Holmes (1898), which itself was adapted from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's stage play, Sherlock Holmes (1897). Actors from Metropolitan Performing Arts and other community volunteers contributed to this recorded performance.
