Very nice although there seemed to be a touch of the Thomas Hardy doom and gloom in most of the stories. Expected something a bit more romantic but there is something to be said for a good reading of Victorian realism that lacks the over sentimentality and sloth of today. Especially liked the Parson's Daughter and The Little Grey Glove. Well done

An interesting peek at courtship from long ago and far away. Beautifully composed and well read
