I love Meatloaf mire than most singers, but starting each chapter with a song quote was overdone. Discovering that a first person narrator has lied to the audience for 17 chapters makes you wonder what else is (in the reality of the story) completely fabricated. The author uses repetitive terminology way to often. "Our eyes met. I couldn't take my eyes off of his eyes." And the super happy ending makes me wonder if the Dr didn't put Angela in a rubber room half way through chapter 18. Still, some of the characters were likable and the story quite compelling. I especially liked David, a Victorian era GHOST reacting to Elvis and the Beatles.


I really liked the book! I only hope the ending was intended to lead to a part two, because it left way too many questions. It was as if i didn't get the final chapter. But at any rate, thank you Ramona for the good book< and thank you Jeffery ...


This book started out with a fairly tightly written and promising begining, but sadly the quality declined surely as did my interest and tolerance. I made it to chapter sixteen before finally calling it a day. For me this was an unfortunate indicator of just how unpalatable the story had ...

This was an AWESOME story!! Loved it! It held my attention thru each chapter! Double Koodles to the Narrator! He did an outstanding job! The only thing I recommend to the author is down play the swearing.... its not necessary for your talent...

Good story. The narrator's voice for some of the characters was a little wonky, but overall a good listen. Thank you for your time to bring to life the story.

I was enjoying this tale when suddenly it was over. Really let me down hard, way to fast an ending no build up.
