His last broadcast to the German people was Jan. 30, 1945...not April. Here is the english translation: "However grave the crisis might be at the moment, through our unalterable will, our readiness for sacrifice and our own abilities, we will overcome the crisis.We will win. It is not Central Asia who will win...but Europe, led by this nation, which for 1500 years has defended and will continue to defend Europe against the East - our Greater German Reich, the German Nation."
