Delete your LibriVox account

Use this page to delete the LibriVox app account linked to your email address. You do not need the app installed.

What happens

• We email a one-time code to the address on your account. Entering an address alone deletes nothing.
• After you enter the code, you confirm once more. Deletion starts immediately, cannot be cancelled and cannot be undone, and the account can never be recovered.
• Your account, listening history, favorites, lists, reviews and other personal data are deleted. This normally finishes within a few days, and always within 30 days.
• Purchase and subscription records may be kept, detached from your identity, as required for financial, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play or the Apple App Store subscription settings.

If you cannot receive email at that address, contact support@librivox.app.
