"The Art of War is a Chinese military treatise written during the 6th century BC by Sun Tzu. Composed of 13 chapters, each of which is devoted to one aspect of warfare, it has long been praised as the definitive work on military strategies and tactics of its time. The Art of War is one of the oldest and most famous studies of strategy and has had a huge influence on both military planning and beyond. The Art of War has also been applied, with much success, to business and managerial strategies." (summary from Wikipedia)

Great book, great pace

(5 stars)

I'd been putting off reading this for ages. I'm glad I found this. It was well read and the pace is very good. After listening to it, I realise that the ideas expressed in it have been used in a large variety of different contexts. I'm looking forward to applying them myself. Now I just have to grab a notebook as I play it back again.

I have read this book, many times, learning more with each. Having read it first I’m able to glean much more from this listening. Thank you Ms. M for taking your time to prepare for and deliver this reading.

El arte de la guerra

(3 stars)

Aún no me acostumbro a los audiolibros. Lo califico con 3 estrellas porque quien está leyendo no me atrajo con la poca modulación de su voz

Well worth it

I now understand why this is so popular. Being in the military it's a must read book. It contains knowledge that some military leaders take for granted today.

I found myself relating from all manners of life. From leadership in the workplace to spiritual warfare to literal warfare. ---Very in tense and relevant for the age.
